This microsite, managed by the Associate Secretaries-General for Project Management, is intended to be a one-stop shop for everything PM-related that could help project heads plan their projects well.

Core Team Kits

The project core team kits are given to project core teams and include most things that projects need, to be used by the project core teams for their project implementation and requirements every year ( ℅ the Associate Secretaries-General for Project Management).

Project Head & Core Team Applications

The Office of the Secretary-General is responsible for facilitating the Project Head and Core Team Applications for Gabay projects and initiatives all throughout the year. This is where Gabayanos are encouraged to explore various ways on how they can actualize their pagtataya.

Project Head & Deputy General Assembly

In this semestral event, the executive committee presents their offered services to project heads and deputies to further guide them along their pagtataya journey as people who stepped up to the call for service to our sectors.

Ateneo Gabay Website

The Ateneo Gabay website is handled by the Associate Secretary-General for Website Management.

OSG Teams & Pools

The six (6) Teams and Pools of the Office of the Secretary-General consist of the Data Analytics Team, Website Management Team, Communications Team, Documentations Pool, Publications Team, and Visual Branding Pool, all geared toward providing resources and services to project core teams and initiatives of Gabay as well as giving multiple avenues for member advocates to grow and gain new skills.

OSG Teams & Pools General Assembly

This event is dedicated to the hardworking members of the OSG Teams and Service Pools and it aims to help them get to know not just their fellow teams and pool members better, but also other members of the Office of the Secretary-General.

OSG Services Request Form

This is the centralized platform for all requests for OSG services provided to all offices and initiatives of Ateneo Gabay which include:

• Communications services (e.g., text and email blasts)
• Documentation services (e.g., live event coverage, live streaming, etc.)
• Publications services (e.g., live-tweeting, YABAG articles, etc.)
• Social Media Management services (e.g. Blast Calendar, etc.)

This guide, which is included in the project core team kits for project core teams, offers a quick overview of the systems of project management as well as the requesting/processing of OSG service requests to aid the project heads and their respective teams in executing their projects successfully.
